Service Description

Bring your closest friends together for a fun, elevated gathering where style meets intention. Sparx Social & Events turns any group get together into a memorable experience with permanent jewelry that celebrates connection, creativity, and shared moments. Host Gift Every host receives a free customizable sparx tumbler plus a $25 credit to spend in store. This is our way to say THNAK YOU for trusting us to create a memorable experience for your event. Group Sizes Options • Small: 4 – 6 guests • Medium: 7 – 12 guests • Large: 13 – 18 guests Travel & Service Fees Fees are based on distance traveled from the Sparx Studio. Each fee includes travel, setup, teardown, and onsite welding time. Welding time varies based on party size • Nearby Service Fee: $150 (within 30 minutes each way: Up to 5 hours total on site w/travel) • Local Service Fee: $200 (within 1 hour each way: Up to 6 hours total on site w/travel) • Extended Travel Fee: $400 (within 2 hours each way: Up to 8 hours total on site w/travel) • Destination Fee: $600 (within 3 hours each way: Up to 10 hours total on site w/travel) What’s Included • Display of products selected • 25% off all chains, charms, and add-ons • 5 complimentary digital photos from your experience Guest Selections & Jewelry When you book a consultation, a guest selection form will be emailed to you so each guest can select their preferred chains, charms, add-ons, and styles in advance. The completed form must be returned before the consultation, allowing us to gather all information and provide an accurate price quote. Each guest is required to have a pre-selected Sparx piece, purchased separately at the discounted rate listed under the service. This ensures there is enough time to weld every guest during the experience. Booking is confirmed once all selections and payments are received. Average bracelet cost after discount: $30 – $315 (from sterling silver to solid 14k white gold) Why Book? Cancellation Fee

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled event to receive a full refund of your booking fee. Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund or may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, or failure to show/confirm, will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee. Custom Items: All custom items (such as engraved charms, connectors, personalized chain lengths, or any other custom items) are non-refundable once ordered or produced, regardless of event cancellation or reschedule. In the event of a cancellation, we’ll arrange delivery or shipment of any completed custom items to you or your guests, so each piece still finds its way to the hands it was made for. We’re committed to keeping your experience smooth, intentional, and fair. We’ll always do our best to support you.
