Service Description

The Sparx Ceremony is a modern take on the unity ritual. Allowing you to seal your forever with a welded Sparx piece during or right after your ceremony in a private location. A meaningful way to symbolize your bond and create a moment you & your guests will not forget. Travel & Service Fees Fees are based on distance traveled from the Sparx Studio. Each fee includes travel, setup, teardown, and onsite welding time. Welding time varies based on party size • Nearby Service Fee: $150 (within 30 minutes each way: Up to 3 hours total on site w/travel) • Local Service Fee: $200 (within 1 hour each way: Up to 4 hours total on site w/travel) • Extended Travel Fee: $400 (within 2 hours each way: Up to 6 hours total on site w/travel) • Destination Fee: $600 (within 3 hours each way: Up to 8 hours total on site w/travel) • Elite Destination Fee: $800 (over 3 hours each way: Up to 48 hours total, includes overnight stay) What’s Included • Personalized consultation to coordinate with you & your planner, officiant, or venue for flow of welding. • Onsite setup and ceremony preparation whether before or right after • 30% off all chains, charms, and custom add-on pieces • Complimentary engraved disc or custom charm/connector • 10 digital photos of your ceremony moment • Sparx Intentions Jar: write your promises, hopes, or visions for the future, then seal them to open on your wedding day or a milestone of your choice • Evermore Protection Plan: Unlimited rewelds, cleanings, and replacement support to ensure your Sparx piece lasts long beyond your wedding day Why Book? The Sparx Ceremony is more than jewelry. It’s an intentional unity ritual that captures your love, elevates your vows, and leaves you with a lasting symbol of your forever.


Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of wedding date are eligible for a 50% refund of your booking fee, minus the cost of any custom ordered materials (such as engraved charms, personalized chain lengths, or other bespoke items). A receipt of non-refundable custom costs will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, we’ll arrange delivery or shipment of any completed custom items to you or your guests, so each piece still finds its way to the hands it was made for. Within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date: Cancellations made within 30 days of your wedding date are non-refundable, as time, resources, and custom preparations (including travel planning, special orders, and reserved calendar space) have already been allocated. Rescheduling We understand life happens! Please reach out as soon as possible to explore new availability. If a new date cannot be secured, the above refund policy will apply. We’re committed to keeping your wedding day smooth, intentional, and fair. We’ll always do our best to support you!
