Service Description

The Sparx Proposal adds an extra touch of magic to your already special day. Turning your engagement into an unforgettable, intentional moment designed so you can focus on the joy of saying “YES!” Travel & Service Fees Fees are based on distance traveled from the Sparx Studio. Each fee includes travel, setup, teardown, and onsite welding time. Welding time varies based on party size • Nearby Service Fee: $150 (within 30 minutes each way: Up to 3 hours total on site w/travel) • Local Service Fee: $200 (within 1 hour each way: Up to 4 hours total on site w/travel) • Extended Travel Fee: $400 (within 2 hours each way: Up to 6 hours total on site w/travel) • Destination Fee: $600 (within 3 hours each way: Up to 8 hours total on site w/travel) • Elite Destination Fee: $800 (over 3 hours each way: Up to 48 hours total, includes overnight stay) What’s Included • Personalized consultation to plan your proposal flow of welding (ex: before/after) and select your chains, charms, and add-ons • Display of chosen products for your ceremony setup • 25% off all chains, charms, and custom add-on pieces • Sparx Intentions Jar: write your promises, hopes, or visions for the future, then seal them to open on your wedding day or a milestone of your choice • 10 complimentary digital photos from your experience • Evermore Protection Plan: Unlimited rewelds, cleanings, and replacement support to keep your Sparx pieces shining far beyond your wedding day Jewelry Selections Bracelets, charms, and other add-ons are purchased separately and chosen during your consultation to ensure there’s enough time to weld. Average bracelet cost after discount: $30 – $315 (range is from sterling silver to solid 14k white gold) Whether simple, intimate, or styled with meaningful touches. The Sparx Proposal is more than jewelry. It’s an experience to honor your love, celebrate your promise, and one that hopefully keeps you spraxed with intention!


Cancellation Fee

Cancellation/Changes: Up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date: If you cancel your Sparx experience more than 14 days in advance, we’ll refund 50% of your total booking fee, minus the cost of any custom ordered materials (such as engraved charms, personalized chain lengths, or other bespoke items). A full receipt of non-refundable custom costs will be provided. Within 2 weeks of the proposal date: After this period, the full payment is non-refundable. This is because time, resources, and custom preparations have already been allocated. Including, special orders, and calendar blocking which is time lost. Rescheduling: We totally understand life happens! Please reach out as early as possible to explore new availability. If a new date can’t be secured, the above refund policy still applies. We’re committed to making your moment smooth, special, and fair and we’re always here to help.
