Service Description
The Sweet Sparx Package is a private pre-ceremony experience in your wedding parties suite(s). A thoughtful way to thank your closest circle before the big moment. Host Gift Every host receives a free customizable sparx tumbler plus a $25 credit to spend in store. This is our way to say THNAK YOU for trusting us to create a memorable experience for your event. Group Sizes Options • Small: 4 – 6 guests • Medium: 7 – 12 guests • Large: 13 – 18 guests Travel & Service Fees Fees are based on distance traveled from the Sparx Studio. Each fee includes travel, setup, teardown, and on site welding time. Welding time varies based on party size • Nearby Service Fee: $150 (within 30 minutes each way: Up to 5 hours total on site w/travel) • Local Service Fee: $200 (within 1 hour each way: Up to 6 hours total on site w/travel) • Extended Travel Fee: $400 (within 2 hours each way: Up to 8 hours total on site w/travel) • Destination Fee: $600 (within 3 hours each way: Up to 10 hours total on site w/travel) • Elite Destination Fee: $800 (over 3 hours each way: Up to 48 hours total, includes overnight stay) What’s Included • Personalized consultation to plan the flow of welding and select chains, charms, and add-ons • Coordination with your stylist, planner, or bridal team for seamless timing • Onsite setup with a styled display of selected pieces • 30% off all chains, charms, and custom add-on pieces • 10 complimentary digital photos from your experience • Evermore Protection Plan: Unlimited rewelds, cleanings, and replacement support to keep every Sparx piece lasting long after “I do” Guest Selections & Jewelry When you book a consultation, a guest selection form will be emailed to you so each guest can select their preferred chains, charms, add-ons, and styles in advance. The completed form must be returned before the consultation, allowing us to gather all information and provide an accurate price quote. Each guest is required to have a pre-selected Sparx piece, purchased separately at the discounted rate listed under the service. This ensures there is enough time to weld every guest during the experience. Booking is confirmed once all selections and payments are received. Why book? It’s an elegant way to honor your favorite people and add a little extra sparkle to your wedding morning. Plus its a lasting reminder of their role in your forever.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of wedding date are eligible for a 50% refund of your booking fee, minus the cost of any custom ordered materials (such as engraved charms, personalized chain lengths, or other bespoke items). A receipt of non-refundable custom costs will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, we’ll arrange delivery or shipment of any completed custom items to you or your guests, so each piece still finds its way to the hands it was made for. Within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date: Cancellations made within 30 days of your wedding date are non-refundable, as time, resources, and custom preparations (including travel planning, special orders, and reserved calendar space) have already been allocated. Rescheduling We understand life happens! Please reach out as soon as possible to explore new availability. If a new date cannot be secured, the above refund policy will apply.
